Are Your Colors Working Together?
As a part of the Montana Horizon’s projects, MSU sponsored a Real Colors Facilitator Training in February for many Horizon’s participants and MSU Extension Agents. We had Gina Snyder attend and she has done two workshops in the area and two more are scheduled in the next few months.
The workshop uses colors as a way to understand different temperaments and learn how to best work with people of different temperaments in different settings.
Gina’s class with the Culbertson High School Jobs for Montana Graduates class was a lot of fun for the kids to learn about their personality and temperaments and learning about each other’s preferences, strenghts and weaknesses. They discovered the keys to creating a positive environment and maximined each other’s potential.
