Thursday, March 27th, 2008Culbertson Horizon Program hosted a first time homebuyers class on January 12, 2008. This eight hours class is required by most banks to be eligble to apply for a 1st time home morgage.
Eastern Plains RC&D’s, 1st Time Homebuyers Instructor Khrystye Earle, had 2 students that recieved their certificate of completion. The cost of the class is $20/per student/couple which the Horizon program paid on behalf of the students.
